Shipping Policy
In-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days, Monday throughout to Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. If your order is urgent then please telephone us before placing your order and we will confirm if we can despatch the same day. All urgent orders can be despatched on a standard UK next day service, or before noon, before 10.30am and before 9.30am. These services are at cost and rates are available on request. Please note that these services vary on location and are for mainland UK only and are not possible for Ireland, northern Scotland, or related Isles. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next working day. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. All stock orders ship from our offices. Orders placed after 12:30pm are typically processed the following business day (see above). We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. You will be notified if there are any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail from weights from 0.10gms to 1.99kg and FedEx thereafter.
Holiday Shipping Policy
If you are purchasing an item as a Christmas gift, orders must be placed on or before midnight of Dec. 14th.

International Shipping
AJ's Studio & Camera Supplies offers international shipping to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. All items going to these countries will be shipped at cost plus 10% handing fee to cover packing materials and time.
International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to. Typical transit time is between 5-10 business days, but very occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You may be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information before purchase.
Additionally, when ordering from AJ's Studio & Camera Supplies, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Placing your export order with us means that you authorise us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. All prices are final.
Customers wishing to pay VAT in their own countries can, but on telephoned orders and orders requested by email only. We only ship to theses customers once we have fully checked you VAT number and will only ship to the address relating to your VAT number. We reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime if you have provided us with incorrect or faulse information or VAT numbers. We also reserve the right to charge you 20% of the original total if we incur any costs with and or relating to cancelled orders resulting from the above aforementioned fraud, false information or fraudulent VAT numbers.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from AJ's Studio & Camera Supplies, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you. For international customers any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to AJ's Studio & Camera Supplies. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

Backorder Policy
If you have backordered items in your cart at checkout, those items will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. You will not be charged additional freight for backordered items that do not ship with your original order.
Shipping Address Options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.
Lost/Missing Packages
AJ's Studio & Camera Supplies are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
