Q:  What do we do?

A:  AJ's Professional Studio & Camera Supplies specialises in providing sales and consultancy in quality new and used professional photographic equipment.

Q:  Which products are eligible for bulk discounts?

A:  Custom bulk quotes are available for all products, but items such as tape, compressed air, modelling lamps and other consumables are available for bulk discounts.

Q:  What products do we supply?

A:  We supply lighting from manufactures such as Profoto, Bowens, Elinchrom, Hensel, Kino Flo, Arri, Dedelight and many others such as Colorama, Osram, Temba and much more besides.

Q:  If I don't see it on your site, does that mean you don't sell it?

A:  No, maybe we haven't added it to our site yet, so contact with us and we will see if we can supply it for you. .

Q:  Can I buy any colour of Colorama background paper?

A:  Yes, you can order any colour and any size of Colorama background paper. Please follow this link and then choose the size of background paper you wish to order. From there scroll down the page a select the colour, or colours you require from the drop down menu and add each paper roll individually to your shopping basket.

Q:  How long will it take to process my order?

A:  Most orders that are placed before 12.30pm will be despatched the same day, but during busy periods orders will be despatched the next working day. If your order is urgent then please telephone us before placing your order and we will confirm if we can despatch the same day. All urgent orders can be despatched on a standard UK next day service, or before noon, before 10.30am and before 9.30am. These services are at cost and rates are available on request. Please note that these services vary on location and are for mainland UK only and are not possible for Ireland, northern Scotland, or related Isles. Q:  Can you supply finance?

A:  Yes.  we work closely with Photolease who are an independent finance company and have specialised in leasing equipment to the imaging industry for over twenty five years. Photolease have built a reputation based on integrity and understanding of the industry. Q:  Can I open a trade account with AJ's?

A:  We do not run accounts for individuals, but accounts can be set up for large studios, government organisations and companies, but this is on application only. Normally we would take orders via this website or phone for a number of consecutive months to ascertain the level of business you would do on consumables and work out your credit limit and payment terms.
